Is a global market intelligence service provider to FMCG companies in Food & Beverage and Personal Care. The company has offices in Europe, USA and Asia about 200 fulltime employees and over 1500 freelance market researchers globally. The HQ is in The Netherlands, Arnhem.

About the Role
Join a dynamic team as a retention focussed relationship builder managing accounts, where your primary focus will be to achieve satisfied customers that continue to work with us.
The customers can rely on our solid market intelligence, databases and services for their success. Clients can be large corporate household brands, mid-sized or even start-/scale-ups, as long as they value their product development and marketing. Your main contact points will be in either Marketing or Product Developement and you will be their external partner helping them to maximize their return on their investment in our services by helping them get the most out of it. You do so by understanding their ambitions and challenges and in-depth knowledge of our services, leading to practical and strategic insights. While customer succes and retention is key, you are also sensitive to cross- and upsell chances. We currently have openings for (near) Native speaking candidates in English, German, French and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer retention by strategically partnering with their teams
  • Build and maintain valueable long term relationships
  • Have excellent knowledge of our products and services (of course you will be trained)
  • Team-up and level with key decision makers within our customers
  • Have a deep understanding of R&D, Marketing and Sales activities within the Food & Beverage market
  • Interact with customers on a regular basis (mainly teams/calls/email), and F2F or at trade shows
  • Train key users and / or work as their consultant (no first line support, only in-depth)
  • Work together with internal departments (mainly, support, consultancy, new business sales, development)

Eisen

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc level education in Food Business or directly relevant
  • Minimum of 3 years 'customer succes' or sales experience
  • Experience in Food business is a big plus
  • Familiarity with Software services (CRM and or SaaS applications)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English or German, French, Spanish
  • (Dutch is not! a requirement, company language is English)
